I live in Hudson, New York - by train it's about 2 hours north of NYC, by car it's about 2.5 hours.

My life's passions have been art and design, and bodywork and health.
I have my degree from Parsons School of Design in NYC. Two friends and I created an aromatherapy and relaxation retail store named Amphora. My title was Creator Director. It was a great experience! We were bought into by GNC and expanded up and down the west coast. During that time I received an award for my packaging designs. I'm also a sometime curator, and a co-founder of a non-profit named Empire Historic Arts doing public space installations of an historic nature to entertain and educate.

Concurrently, I've been a massage therapist for nearly 30 years. I work mainly in Hudson and NYC but also periodically travel to LA & Seattle to see clients there. It's extremely gratifying work and, when done well, actually incorporates many of the same principles as any good design. As a compliment to my bodywork, I also offer a line of supplements. I like to be a positive influence in the lives of the people I touch and these allow me to benefit their quality of life on a daily basis. These supplements are the only ones that I've ever taken and actually felt a distinct difference for having done so.
