-A well-equipped kitchen for easy meals
-A spacious, inviting living area
-Washer and dryer for added convenience
Outside, you’ll find a simple picnic area with a Blackstone flat-top grill, perfect for a relaxed evening after a day of exploring.
When you’re ready to venture out, walk or drive to the shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms around the square, along with local favorites like the Dahlonega Gold Museum. The University of North Georgia’s Dahlonega campus is also within walking distance, and the Consolidated Gold Mine is only a short drive away.

• Dogs are allowed with our pet fee of $70 plus tax for the first dog, and $70 plus tax for each additional dog. If you've added dogs to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional dogs after booking.
• This property does not require a damage deposit, but we do offer a damage protection policy. More info can be found at the end of the listing description.
• We provide 5 starter trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, bar soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and plenty of towels and linens.
• We have a propane blackstone grill, and we provide propane.
• Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $20 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we are able to make an exception, the fee is $20 per hour.
• The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay.
