Sleeping up to four guests, it features two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a shared bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy living/dining area. Guests also have access to a shared external laundry room.
Outside, enjoy a private patio with seating, along with shared access to the owner's grounds, including bike storage and a summerhouse. Off-road parking is available for two cars. A shared EV charger (Zappi 7kW Type 2 tethered cable) is available at an additional cost.
Please note: although mainly ground floor, there are a few internal steps and steps at the entrance. An unfenced pond is located in the grounds, so children must be supervised at all times. There is also an apartment above the property. Minimum stay is 2 nights.
