THE SPACE
This practical and comfortable apartment is in an unbeatable location, just steps from the Antón Martín Metro Station, and above all, just a few minutes' walk from the city's iconic landmarks. Its location allows for easy travel around the city or anywhere outside of Madrid, as it's a 10-minute walk from Atocha Station.
It's located on the second floor with an elevator. It's an ideal studio apartment for a stay in Madrid, close to points of interest, being in the heart of the city and in one of the coolest neighborhoods. It's also a great place to work within the apartment, as it has excellent Wi-Fi and a comfortable work area.
The space consists of a small entrance hallway, a full bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a practical vanity with storage space, a kitchenette with a breakfast bar, and behind it you'll find a large refrigerator, sink with a small draining board, a two-burner induction hob, a microwave, a washer-dryer, and a storage area with complete kitchenware and small appliances. In front of the bar there is a large floor-to-ceiling wardrobe where you can hang your clothes (it has hangers), and to one side of the kitchen you will enjoy the rest of the room completely connected to each other, where you will find a two-seater sofa area with a two-piece nesting table, Smart TV, 3-door base cabinets, a double bed (1.35 m) and an excellent-sized desk with two chairs for working.
Important: Tenant registration in accordance with current regulations
In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021 of the Ministry of the Interior, we are required to register the details of all tenants, including minors, staying at our property. Furthermore, in the case of minors, it will be necessary to indicate the relationship with the responsible adult. This regulation is intended to ensure safety and comply with the legal requirements established in Spain.
During the arrival process at the property, we will request the necessary information to comply with this regulation. If you would like more details, you can consult the Official State Gazette (BOE-A-2021-17461). Upon completion of this registration, a temporary rental contract will be formalized, in accordance with current regulations.
Your data will be processed in accordance with data protection regulations and will be used solely for compliance with this legal obligation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
