Hi! My name is Salvatore Livecchi and I help my father Giuseppe rent our homes on AirBnb. I am 39 years old and I live between Sicily and the Valley of Aosta; I´ll will explain why, once I meet you!

I like travelling, reading and I enjoy art and good food.

When I am not going to an exhibition or preparing some new dish, I go running or I play my guitar or my piano.

I offer two types of accommodation.
First: an apartment in the historical center of Cefalù, completely renovated, with air conditioned and sound proofed walls. It's at one minute walk from Cefalù`s famous Arab-Norman Cathedral and only a two-minute walk from the beautiful Cefalù beach. This is an ideal solution for families of 4/6 persons, for couples and friends that want to enjoy Cefalù.

Second: two villas in immersed in a 13.000 sqm garden with lemons, orange, olive and pines trees. There is private access to the beach which is a few meters away, an ideal solution for families (up to 8/9 persons) that want to spend their holiday enjoying both the outdoor space and the proximity to the beach.

Salut! Je m'appelle Salvatore Livecchi et j'aide mon père Giuseppe à louer nos maisons sur airbnb. J'ai 39 ans et j'habite entre la Sicile et la Vallée d'Aoste, quand nous nous connaîtrons je vous expliquerai la raison! :-)

J'aime voyager, lire, l'art en général et la bonne cuisine.

Quand je suis pas dans un musée ou en train de cuisiner, j'adore faire du jogging, jouer la guitare et le piano.

Je vous propose deux typologies d'appartements:
La première: un appartement dans le centre historique de Cefalù totalement restructuré, insonorisé et climatisé. Il se trouve à 1 minute à pied de la célèbre Cathédrale Arabe-normande de Cefalù et à 2 minutes de la plage. Une solution idéale pour familles de 4/6 personnes, pour couples et amis qu'ils veulent connaître Cefalù

La deuxième: deux villas immergées dans 13.000 mq de jardin avec des citrons, orangers, oliviers, pins, etc. L'accès à la mer est direct et privé. Une solution idéale pour familles, jusqu'à 8/9 personnes, qui veulent passer leurs vacances au milieu de la nature et au bord de la mer.

Me encanta viajar, leer y me gusta el arte y la Buena comida.

Cuando no estoy saliendo a ver una nueva exposición o preparando una nueva delicia, me gusta ir a correr, o pasar el tiempo tocando mi guitara o piano.

Ofrezco dos tipos de acomodación.
Primero: un piso en el centro histórico de Cefalù, que está completamente renovado con aire condicionado y paredes insonorizadas. Es un minuto a pie de la famosa Catedral árabe-normada de Cefalu y a dos minutos de la bellísima playa de Cefalu. Es una opción ideal para familias de 4/6 personas, para parejas y grupos de amigos que quiere desfrutar Cefalù.

Segundo: dos villas inmersos en un jardín de 13.000 metros cuadrados lleno de arboles de naranjas, olivas, pino y limoneros. Allí hay una playa privada a unos metros de distancia. Estas propiedades son ideales para familias de hasta 8/9 personas que quieren pasar sus vacaciones desfrutando el aire libre de los jardines y la cercanía a la playa.

Den första: en lägenhet mitt i gamla stadskärnan av Cefalu, den är nyrenoverad och har luftkonditionering och dubbla fönsterglas. Den finns 1 minut till fots från den berömda arabisk - normandska katedralen och 2 minuter till fots från det underbara havet. Det är en idealisk lösning för familjer om 4/6 personer, för par och vänner som vill uppleva Cefalù.

Den andra: två små hus inbäddat i 13.000 kvm land fullt av citron-, apelsin-, oliv- och pinjeträd m.m.
Åtkomsten till havet är privat och direkt från gården; en idealisk lösning för familjer (upp till 9 personer) som vill tillbringa sin semester mitt i naturen och precis vid havet.

Mi piace viaggiare, leggere, tutta l'arte in generale e la buona cucina.

Quando non sono ad una mostra o a cucinare adoro correre e suonare la chitarra e il pianoforte.

Le soluzioni abitative che vi propongo sono essenzialmente di due tipi:
La prima: un appartamento nel pieno centro storico di Cefalù completamente ristrutturato, con aria condizionata e doppi vetri. Si trova a 1 minuto a piedi dal famoso Duomo Arabo-Normanno di Cefalù e a 2 minuti a piedi dal bel mare di Cefalù. Una soluzione ideale per famiglie di 4/6 persone, per coppie e amici che vogliono conoscere Cefalù

La seconda: due villette immerse in 13.000 mq di terreno con limoni, aranci, ulivi, pini, etc. L'accesso al mare è diretto e privato; una soluzione ideale per famiglie (anche fino a 9 componenti) che vogliono trascorre le loro ferie in mezzo alla natura e sul mare.
