One Suite on the main floor with king size bed, and two Master Suites in the basement with en suite bathrooms - including a master apartment that features its own living room! Plus there are 2 more bedrooms each with queen beds, one huge bedroom with a king, and a room with four twins! That’s 7 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, two main level dining rooms, a huge living room adjacent to the kitchen, as well as alarge living room room in the basement.
Why stay in a house where your group will be crammed and take turns every hour taking Luke warm showers! Here - EVERYBODY gets a huge bed, a hot shower and a place to connect with AMAZING Mountain Views!

Pickleball Court Rules: after having the Pickleball court surface damaged by several guests, we now ask that guests wear only soft soled rubber shoes, if you are going to play pickle ball. Please bring all of your own Pickleball equipment. We have had so many Pickleball paddles broken and balls broken and we cannot provide these for our guests.
The court is situated on an adjacent property that is not included with the home. The Pickleball court is a shared amenity and occasionally there will be other guests of the owners playing pickle ball on the court.

You get all 7 bedrooms, and 6600 square feet. You have the garage, the back yard and the hot tub to yourself. You will love this house!
While our home can host a good sized group but we don't allow parties - no exceptions. You will need to disclose the number of vehicles that will be parked at the property.
Our guests gave feedback and we listened! We recently added unlimited hot water - so your whole family or group can shower right after each other and everybody gets a hot shower!
The home has an accessory piece of land behind it that sits at a lower elevation than the house. This accessory lot has a pickleball/ sport court and a Gazebo / sitting area. After several incidents where the Pickleball court was damaged by guests we no longer allow guests to play on the court - and in summer we reserve the right to utilize the court from time to time - but if it is not in use feel free to sit in the Gazebo and take in the views!
This home is situated perfectly for a weekend couples getaway or for a larger group... But we do not allow parties, meaning only the paid guests have access.
