Charming lake cottage on South Placid Lake, part of the Lac du Flambeau Chain of 10 Lakes! Located only 12 minutes west of Minocqua, 180' of lake frontage. Gentle slope to the sandy shoreline. Opened up big water views boasting spectacular sunset views from the property. New lakeside deck off of the sunroom.

Open living room features original douglas fir floors, knotty pine walls, fieldstone fireplace with electric fireplace insert. Two spacious bedrooms with numerous closets and a recently renovated bathroom and kitchen.

Each bedroom has a queen bed with two twins in a trundle bed. An additional pull out sofa is in the living room.

Clear Trail Properties is owned by a family from southern Wisconsin. Ashley, her husband Buck and their son Korbin. They have a passion for the outdoors, which didn't exactly fit the landscape southern Wisconsin had to offer. They knew they needed to find a place so perfect that it had to fit their outdoor lovers dreams. That is when they began traveling to the U.P. and history was made.

Buck, Ashley & Korbin are avid snowmobilers, but they love the summer months as well; hiking, biking and kayaking. They have spent many seasons traveling to the U.P. and love everything it has to offer. The scenery is breathtaking and is so peaceful. It makes you forget about everything else for that moment in time.
