Welcome to King’s University! With the school semester at an end, King’s University becomes a haven for travelers looking for a clean and quiet place to stay.

What our guests love about our listing:

- Lounge access to kitchen facility and common area to cook, work, chat with friends or relax and read a book
- Coming back to an air conditioned room after being in the hot summer sun
- Able to stream movies off your phone or laptop in the 12 person theater
- Full access to the campus workout facilities for a daily workout
- Outdoor firepit to be enjoyed with friends and family. Firewood included
- Two single sized beds for those needing their own space
- The short drive to Whyte Ave (one of Edmonton’s trendiest areas for shops, cafes, restaurants and bars 10 min) and Downtown Edmonton (15 min)
- Clean and spacious area with over 350 sq. feet giving the place a roomy feel
- Tons of complimentary parking on campus
- WIFI throughout the campus

What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:

- With it being a campus, the room is purposefully minimalistic to allow students in the fall to create their room as they wish. The room is clean and spacious and we hope the amazing amenities we do provide (common kitchen area, study lounge, workout gym and firepit) will create an enjoyable stay
- For security reasons we do not have self-check-in, however we have a dedicated staff and system to ensure access and security at all times.

Whether you just want to relax on your bed, watch a movie in the theater, go for a quick workout or plan your next excursion with friends at one of the common areas, this room has everything you need to enjoy your visit.

This room comfortably sleeps 2 with two single sized beds and a full sized washroom with shower/ tub combination, sink and toilet.

If you are in need of a cooking station, you have access to a common area kitchen. This area comes equipped with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove , oven and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

Want to stay in shape while traveling? Not a problem as the workout facility has a wide range of equipment at a university standard that can be accessed morning and night.

Treat yourself to a unique experience at the movie theater with friends or by yourself! The theater on the fifth floor seats 12 people. With gaming seats for ultimate comfort, you can stream Netflix or movies right off your phone or computer on our 75in LG Smart TV!

If the outdoors are more your thing, enjoy some fresh air by making use of the fire pit. Great for singing songs and making smores with friends and family!

Or if you need to get some work done, we have a dedicated workstation in the room as well as a common lounge area if more space is required. We have Wifi access all around the building to make sure you stay connected.

Entry to the room will be by key fob and key accessed by the front desk during open hours and by security team during closing hours.

Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews, or have less than 3 reviews total at a 4.5 rating or less out of 5 will be required to pay a $250 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
