Modern, eclectic and cozy, Kasa Kiyote is in a gated hot springs community located 25 minutes from Palm Springs, 25 minutes from Coachella and 45 min from Joshua Tree National Park. Located on a lake it offers one of the best views in the resort! Peaceful and quiet and a short walk to the pool area, cafe, pickleball, tennis courts, weight room, and laundry. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the spacious deck as the flock of ducks and Egrets float by.

The 400 Sq. ft mobile home has 1 bedroom, a full bathroom with a shower, kitchen, and a day bed couch in the living room. This sweet, homey and modern mobile home nestled on a property that is surrounded by beautiful mountains, lakes and hiking trails.

This gated resort offers a wide array of amenities for you to enjoy during your stay. There are healing mineral hot springs, pools, gym, pickleball courts, billiards, tennis courts, horseshoes, basketball, library, laundry facilities, dog park, walking trails, pool fitness classes, hobby room, weekly in season farmer's market, nearby golf course., and an on-site. cafe. There are even church services & community parties that you can partake in.

KITCHEN
We provide cooking oils, spices, sugar, and honey, an array of pots & pans, coffee beans, and a variety of teas. It has a Brita water filter, a coffee grinder, french press, stove top expresso, drip coffee, tea pots, an electric kettle, stove top kettle, oven, and a microwave.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The deck has a dining set with umbrella as well as a gas grill . A spacious deck for early morning meditation, yoga and watching sunrise. A wonderful spot to have dinner in the cool evenings of fall and winter as you watch the changing colors of the sky over the mountains as the sun sets.

EXTRAS
In addition to the basics, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap & body Lotion. It is equipped with wifi, cable and DVD player. The guidebook included at the house provides the contact information for local massage therapists, chefs for hire, and private yoga instructors to help you create your own mini retreat.

PARKING
There is a spot for 2 cars in the front of the unit. Additional parking space is around the corner adjacent to the lake. 2 cars max per stay.

As this is a tiny home, everything is small - the kitchen sink, bathroom, bedroom, etc. We are dedicated to keep the tiny home spacious by applying the principles of minimalism. Enjoy the simplicity of living with less things. Also this is a 25 year old mobile home, there are some new fixtures and appliances, some parts of the home have simple decor and some appliances are old. So if you are looking for a brand new remodeled interiors, this may not be the place for you.

The only cell provider that gets decent reception is Verizon.
