Northcreek Resort is a peaceful residential community. Parties, events, unauthorized gatherings and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Confirmed party-policy violations may result in a $600 CAD charge, subject to our rental agreement, applicable law and Airbnb's rules.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
• No smoking or vaping inside or immediately outside the studio.
• No pets.
• Please respect our neighbours and resort quiet hours.
• Free resort parking; no parking pass required.
• Two year-round outdoor hot tubs, open 9 AM–9 PM.
• Outdoor swimming pool is seasonal.
• The complimentary Village shuttle must be reserved in advance.

PRIVACY-FRIENDLY NOISE MONITORING

Our studio is equipped with a noise-decibel monitoring system that measures sound levels and their duration. It does not record audio, video or conversations. If excessive noise continues for an extended period, management receives an automatic notification and may contact guests.
