A bright and airy double room, with an Emma memory foam matress and room for a travel cot/toddler ready bed/ single air bed in a family home.

Close to Liverpool John Lennon airport and excellent transport links.

Our home is newly redecoated and equipped with modern appliances. We welcome any guests that understand the nature of staying in a family home.

We work full time and our son attends nursery full time. Weekends we are often out however we do spend time at home with our son.

We have just moved into our new family home. It is a modern, bright and clean home.

We have a large kitchen dining area/family room, a separate family living room with lovely new sofas and armchair, and a large family bathroom that is only shared with our son when he has a bath rather than a shower.

To the back of the house we have a south-facing garden, that is soon to be renovated with new lawn and patio.

There is a downstairs wc and laundry room is available should you need to do any washing.

We have lots of equipment available for people travelling with young children, including a travel cot, toys, books, nonslip mat for the bath for little ones. We have not attached stair gates yet however we can get some for your room if you think you might need that. If there is anything you think you might need just ask.

We kindly ask that you leave any space you use clean and tidy when your finished.

We are conveniently located to major transport links such as the M62 and M57, close to Liverpool and close to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

The house is in a quiet new build housing development, situated in a cul de sac that opens onto some green space, we are about a 5min walk to the bus stop and 20mins to the train.

We are close to the lovely leafy villages of Gateacre and Woolton.

The local pub in Halewood is a 15min walk from the house with a pleasant walk through some woods if you wish.

We are a friendly socilable family. Mid week we will be working or at nursery full time with early nights and early mornings. At the weekend unfortunately our toddler still thinks early mornings are acceptable however we tend to have lots of plans.

We live in the house so will be easily contactable. The house has enough space for everyone to have their own space. We are quite happy to take our guests lead.
