This little ‘glamper’, 18’, is a cozy spot with an amazing sunrise view. It has a nice little deck with a bistro table and chairs and grill just outside the door. Ducks and chickens will offer their morning sounds and the view includes a small pond as well as the larger fish pond nearby. Olivia sleeps 2 and has all the items for cooking. Breakfast with the fresh eggs provided, coffee on the deck and the sounds and scenes of the farm complete the picture.

Olivia-the Glamper is an 18' fully contained vintage rv, completely restored with added deck space outside. Enjoy the sunrise over the large and small ponds near the rv. There is sleeping for two (but NO MORE) inside this delightful space decorated in red/white and black. Fully supplied kitchen, bath with small tub and shower. Lovely spot on the farm to enjoy the sights and sounds of this little 80 acres of fields, trees, ducks, chickens, geese, and guineas. Four families reside on the farm but the space is happily shared with guests. Truly an escape from city life! Two other RVs as well as guest rooms complete this vacation rental farm.

Our neighborhood is quite and scenic. Gray Loop is lined with small horse and donkey farms as well as individual houses. We are at the end of the paved road so traffic is limited. All of the listings at the farm sit far off the road so noise is reduced other than a few animals.

We live on 80 acres with lots of ducks, geese, chickens, rabbits, and until recently our granddaughter had goats here at the farm. We do still have lots of their goats milk frozen so we are still making goat's milk soap for guests and for sale. We love flowers, gardening, hosting people and events, and enjoying country life. Jimmilea does some homeschool tutoring, and teaches some classes at a local Christian College. We no longer raise beef cattle on the farm but the fields are used for hay and for guests to roam. The ponds are a favorite place with travelers and we try to accommodate guests by keeping things mowed around the ponds. There is a fire pit area near the pond for a nice bonfire on cool evenings. We also host Biblical festival events at the farm and love having guests join the fun. We have 20 grandchildren, several of whom can be seen around the farm from time to time. There are 4 families living at the farm, two with children and their own animals. We have traveled to many countries for missions, volunteer work in Israel, and for study. Now we have settled in this lovely place and are always excited to meet new people and hear their interesting stories. We love sharing our lives and the farm with people who come our way.
There are currently 4 spaces for Airbnb guests at the farm, Sweet Shalom Suite, Olivia the Glamper, Oliver at Jubilee Farms (21’ rv) and The Dove at Jubilee Farms (28’ rv). We are working on a 54’ dry van that will have two BDs and another guest suite in the main building. We also have one rv hook up with electric and water and one tent site. Plans include several other camping sites, a bath house, and a meeting space for venue rental. There is a playground and yard games area as well as a couple of bicycles for guests to use.
We also manage 3 spaces in Hot Springs Village, AR, the largest gated resort community in the US. (Audra’s Happy Place and Kaeda’s View and This is my Happy Place). All properties can be seen on the Airbnb site.
