Nestled within the Omni Amelia Island Plantation, this newly renovated condo in Beach Walker Villas is sure to please the entire family!

As you enter, you'll be greeted by a modern kitchen that's been impeccably renovated with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The living room has plenty of seating, a comfortable work station where you can log onto the free WiFi, and a flatscreen TV that's surrounded by plush seating. Two televisions provide ample entertainment with unlimited access to Netflix, HBOMax, Disney+, ESPN+, Hulu, CBSN, and other free channels. Other streaming channels can be accessed with your personal account

At night, the primary bedroom offers a king bed, an en suite bathroom, and a private balcony - a wonderful spot for an early morning cup of coffee or an evening nightcap. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a queen sofa bed in the living room.

Have young children? No need to pack all of that gear! Tucked away in a closet, you'll find a full-size folding crib, Graco Pack N Play, high chair, booster chair, changing table, and stroller. There are beach towels, beach chairs, a beach cart, boogie boards, and plenty of sand and pool toys for endless fun in the sun!

Things to Know
There are about 10 - 14 steps leading to the front door, and there is no elevator access.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

Parking notes: There is free parking for vehicles. Prior to going to your unit, you must obtain a resort pass at the Omni Security Gate located at 11 Beach Lagoon Rd.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
