Evergreen is primarily a residential neighborhood considered a high-income area. Located in the Evergreen Suburban Development Area, Aspen Ridge can be accessed through McOrmond Drive to the east, Aspen Bridge North.

This property is a few mins drive to a Retail Centre which boasts a Tim Hortons, Dollarama e.tc

Many retail services can also be found nearby in the Evergreen University Heights Suburban Centre.

There is also the Meadows Market. Across from its eastside is a Costco Store. The Meadows features an exciting mix of retailers and services, including the city’s first Marshall’s, Pet Smart, Co-op Wine Spirits and Beer, Scotiabank, another Tim Hortons, McDonald’s, and more.

We’re actually surprisingly close to everything! We are also easily accessible by Uber (takes less than 5 minutes for an Uber to show up). Almost everything is within a short drive from our suite.

- 4 minutes to local dining, groceries, and retail (Tim Horton's, Starbucks, Montana, etc)
- 4 minutes to Forestry Park tennis Court and Youth soccer centre
- 4 minutes to the Saskatoon Forestry Farm and Zoo
- 10 minutes to the Centre Mall on 8th Street with Cineplex Cinema
- 6 minutes to Walmart Supercentre at Preston which is full of "box" stores and other services.
- 10 minutes to Downtown Saskatoon
- 15 minutes to the Airport via Circle Drive East.


It is a great neighborhood with many play parks and a newly built school nearby. You're gonna love it.
