Thank you for checking out my properties. I am delighted to be an Airbnb Superhost. For me, this is more than a hobby or side-gig; I devote all my time to my properties. My company is called Balsam Properties, named after the hotel my maternal grandparents operated in St. John's, NL in the 30s and 40s! At the time, "Balsam Place" was a well known hotel on Barnes Road.
I can assure you I offer the same Newfoundland hospitality and I will do everything possible to make your stay unforgettable. I live less than 1 km of all my houses, so I can be responsive to my guests.
I have a passion for design and updating older homes with modern amenities, and strive to keep some of the original character. I am enjoying hosting groups from all over the province, country, and the rest of the world! I would love the opportunity to welcome you to my restored properties.
