The Rose Island Hilltop Cottage is located in the center of Rose Island and shares the property with two more cottages/houses (Rose Island Beach House and Rose Island Guest Cottage which can be booked separately for larger groups). The Harper Property itself has private beach access on the Northern Side, a private Marina on the southern side including a Catamaran Boat-lift, a private Helicopter landing platform and is surrounded by island nature and wildlife.
By entering the Hilltop Cottage, you will find an open concept, with two beds, open and fully equipped kitchen, and a separated bathroom with a walk-in shower and a stunning view from one of the highest points on Rose Island. An even better view is available on the 360-degree rooftop terrace with lounge chairs and a sitting area. Experience the ultimate island flair is a must in Rose Island and will give you the relaxing vacation you are looking for. Waking up in the morning with hot brewed coffee and watching the sunrise from the east, enjoying breakfast in nature, and spending the day on the beach will make this place unforgettable. Mile-long white sand beaches stretch on the northern side with crystal clear water and up to 86°F ocean temperature in the summer and fishes surrounding the beaches are the perfect spot for enjoying the days, with swimming and snorkeling.
A short boat ride to the north will bring you the famous "Green Cay" with one of the larges turtle populations in the Bahamas and is a must-visit spot. But never the less, natural reefs and shallow waters right in front of the house will give you an experience you will never forget! Or you explore one of the last wildlife natural islands in the Bahamas walking along the beach or exploring the Rose Island hiking through a Caribbean jungle. Weekends can give you the options to get in touch with locals - having the original beach time in Rose Island Bahamians from Nassau will join the beach. Hill Top Cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests and can be booked together with the other houses on the property for up to 14 guests (Separate Booking).
Electricity is provided by solar panels as well as two generators, all rooms have air conditioning (asked for fair use). The on-site property manager and maid will are available on request and can guide the stay. A Bar/Restaurant is close by and offers lunch and dinner as well as drinks. Optional the local staff can prepare snacks, meals and, drinks on request for you.
