Set in the Valley of the Sun neighborhood, this three-bedroom, three-bath property is the perfect peaceful getaway just outside of Fairplay. Explore surrounding trails (one mile from national forest access), ski world class slopes just 25 miles away in Breckenridge, ride the rapids just 45 miles away in Buena Vista, bag a nearby fourteener, enjoy fly fishing on the nearby rivers or just relax on the deck and enjoy the majestic mountain views. Our home is your gateway to all your outdoor adventures, and we look forward to welcoming you to our home soon.
THE SPACE:
This 1,784 sq ft single family home is set on one acre of pine tree forest off a quiet road. But you have access to the town of Fairplay which has several restaurants, a grocery store, brewery and coffee shops.
Enjoy an open great room with lofted ceilings and plenty of windows to enjoy the view. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the outdoor wrap-around deck is furnished with a BBQ grill and large patio table.

Bedroom 3: Twin/Full bunk bed
Lower Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa
INDOOR ENTERTAINMENT: Flat screen TVs, fast Wi-Fi, DVD player, board games and puzzles
OUTDOOR LIVING: Wraparound deck, mountain views, gas grill and outdoor furniture
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, drip coffee maker, toaster, 3-person breakfast bar, dishwasher
GENERAL: Fast Starlink WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, Pack ‘n’ Play, high chair, toiletries and extra blow up mattresses. Access by stairs, the home is located in the Valley of the Sun neighborhood and is located above 11,000 ft so please ensure you are acclimated to the altitude before attempting any strenuous activity.
PARKING: Large driveway that can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. No covered/garage parking. 4 wheel drive and chains or adequate snow tires are required to access during the snowy season (Oct-May). Be prepared – this is a high alpine environment. DO NOT PARK ON COUNTY ROADS.
