Casa Olas Blancas is a spacious 2-bedroom home with a separate 1-bedroom apartment in the gated Guiones Beach Club. Sleeps 8 comfortably, or up to 10 with a sofa bed and inflatable mattress. Features indoor/outdoor showers, a pool bathroom, and a full kitchen in the apartment. Enjoy the large balcony for yoga or wildlife watching. Just a short walk to the beach via a private path—perfect for surfing, swimming, and sunsets.

The main house at Casa Olas Blancas features a serene master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, complete with both indoor and outdoor showers, and direct access to a spacious wraparound balcony. The open-concept kitchen and dining area overlook the lush jungle, with ocean sounds in the background, creating a peaceful and tropical atmosphere.

The living room offers a comfortable sofa, TV, and large doors that open onto the balcony, bringing the outdoors in. Both the kitchen and living room are air-conditioned, as are all bedrooms.

The second upstairs bedroom includes two twin bunk beds, comfortably sleeping 4. There's also a dedicated office space with views of the pool—perfect for remote work or quiet moments.

Downstairs, the private 1-bedroom apartment features its own ensuite bathroom, full kitchen, and living area, ideal for guests seeking extra privacy or space.

Casa Olas Blancas is a beautiful 3 BDR home located in the prestigious, private and secured community of Guiones Beach Club. With a private beach path less than a 2 minute walk that leads you to Bakers Beach. Very close to the Bodhi Tree surf club, AguaTibia surf school, Beach Dog Cafe and so much more. However, it still remains a peaceful and quiet community for those who want a bit more privacy.
