The listing is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just steps from Berryville's picturesque Main Street. Historic Rosemont Manor and its gorgeous grounds is a quick walk, bike, or drive from the apartment. Chet Hobert Park just a bit further down the road offers two playgrounds, a swimming pool, community center, sports fields, and a walking/running trail. Restaurants, cafés, and shops are also an easy walk away, with a grocery store a few blocks further and proximity to other enjoyable destinations in Northern Virginia and the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia.

The only interaction you may have with other guests would be outside the home in the front yard on your way to or from the apartment. The host and co-host are available for any needed repairs, local knowledge/suggestions, or assistance in making your stay more comfortable and will not need access to the apartment unless there is an emergency or needed repair.
