The living room and dining area are located in an open space with bright sunlight. The television has internet. The two bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the bathrooms have walk-in showers. The ensuite master bedroom has views of the terrace and sea.

The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped and has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer!

Duquesa Suites Golf and Garden is a gated community with a 24-hour security guard, guarded parking. It has 2 communal pools along with a children’s pool and playground, a barbecue, and a sun terrace. For sports lovers, there is a boule and padel tennis court.

The complex is dog-friendly and even has a long walking path for them! It is aloud with a small dog.

There is a lot to see and experience in the area. Puerto de la Duquesa which is one of the best marinas in the Costa del Sol is a short distance away. In the marina, you can go for boat tours and fishing tours or enjoy the vast array of restaurants and bars. With a short walk from the marina you will find an 18 Century fortress in the small and picturesque village, Castillo de la Duquesa - once a large Roman fishing village. If you like to visit different beaches, this stretch of coastline is the right place. There are a variety of beaches to discover here, ranging from elongated natural beaches to well-kept beaches with beach umbrellas and chiringuitos.

San Luis de Sabinillas is also close by. This quaint village offers all the amenities you may need such as banks, pharmacies, supermarkets.

For golf lovers, there are numerous golf courses within a 20 km range.

Sotogrande Marina, Casares a mountain village considered one of the most beautiful in Malaga and Marbella are no more than 20-40 minutes away by car

If need of any assistance during the stay your personal contact will be you personal contact for help or advise.
We personally contact all guest 1-3 days before arrival by phone to make sure of the arrival time, on the arrival date we meet outside the main entrance to the building and go through the accomendation together.
On check out we meet in the accomendation for hand over the keys.
