Important note! Bwthyn Mor was recently sold to new owners. The images listed are from the previous owners. The good news: the cottage is currently being fully refurnished with new furniture - oriented in a light mid-century comfortable cottage style. I will post updated photos as soon as they are available.

We're very glad you chose our cottage and want to make sure that you have a lovely and restful stay. We have endeavored to not only provide a sunny and peaceful environment for you visit, but we also want you to know that our cottage is oriented toward an environmental and organic approach.

Additionally, Cottage 150 is unique in that it is equipped with a handicap ramp that lead up to the entry door. (Our rental is one of only two cottages in the park that is handicap/wheelchair-accessible via a ramp)!

Seaglass Village offers premier amenities for its residents and guests. You'll find a number of options to choose from: a large 75' x 45' swimming pool, a resistance lap pool, and a fitness center. For those individuals with children: there is a family swimming pool with a shallow kiddie pool.

Additionally, you'll find tennis and bocce ball courts as well as a shuffleboard and a putting green. On rainy days (or any day!), check out the library and clubhouse-which sports a full-service bar!

(Important note: Seaglass Village is an adults-oriented community and certain amenities are restricted to "18 years or older." When you check in, the staff will clarify which amenities are available to family members who are under the age of 18).

The bedrooms are designed for a variety of visitors: there is a king size bed in the master bedroom, and two twin beds in the second bedroom. Additionally, the sunporch sports a pull-out couch for additional friends and guests. (Maximum occupancy is 6 individuals). Bedroom amenities include ample closet space, dressers, as well as bedside furniture. The master-bedroom, (along with the sun porch), is equipped with a television-perfect for lounging in your room while watching your favorite late-night movie fare during those long summer nights.

Our focus on handy kitchen appliances and good lighting are an important part of making sure that you have everything you need during your stay. We've provided all of the standard appliances in the kitchen and throughout the cottage. Additionally, we've added a few "bonus" appliances that are helpful for the summer months (like a really great blender for delicious smoothies!) or a proper pizza stone!

Throughout the cottage you'll find fabrics that are cotton, linen and/or organic. Attempts to greatly limit plastic is something that we've been working on for a number of years and the cottage is no exception. We seek out furnishings and products that are wood, cloth, glass or metal.

Important note: only two vehicles are allowed to park at the cottage.

Please note that this cottage allows families with small children. We have endeavored to provide some furnishings and products in this arena that can help your stay go more smoothly. Please note that the flooring throughout the cottage is ceramic.

*Pools and Hot tub will be available as of memorial weekend. Clubhouse amenities including gym, library, games (courts), shuffleboard, and Sandbar open now (Sandbar is weekends only).

*During peak season (June 19th - August 21st) cottage rentals require a 7 night rental, from Saturday to Saturday. Anytime outside of peak season, there is only a 2 night minimum to book. If you have any issues booking for less then a week (outside of peak season) please call the Rental Office at 207-502-3321. We would be happy to assist you with this, or any issues/questions you may have.
