Located in the stunning quiet Rosewood Meadows area of Saskatoon surrounded by parks and retail centers, our Grotto is loaded with stylish finishing packages that include New York Style cabinetry, stainless steel under-mount sinks, trendy vinyl plank floors an in-suite laundry, and lots of storage spaces. Room 1: This is the master bedroom. It has a Queen sized bed, designer sheets and pillows and a cozy ready table with mood lights.
Room 2: This is large bedroom with a Queen size bed also. It is great for sleeping 2 people. Kids will love sleepovers in this room.
Living Room: This is literally my best space in the Concord. Come see for yourself. Enjoy the ambience.
Kitchen: Just bring your own food, and we have provided the rest. Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, cookie trays and more. Plenty of cooking knives for the chef’s in the family. Enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family (the suite sleeps 5 people, and we’ve never had anyone run out of utensils). Also includes plenty of paper towels, sponges, wipes, and various other kitchen utensils.

Rosewood is primarily a residential neighborhood considered a high-income area. Located in the Lakewood Suburban Development Area, Rosewood can be accessed through Boychuk Drive to the west, Kingsmere Blvd, and Taylor Street to the north.

This property is a few mins walk to a Retail Centre which boasts a Tim Hortons, a Health Centre, Pharmacy, Asian Restaurant etc...or take a one min walk to the adjoining commercial development with a Seven Eleven, Gym/Fitness Centre, Mobile Tech store, Leopolds Tavern Pub and Grill and a Ripe Tomato Pizzeria.

Many retail services can also be found nearby in the Lakewood Suburban Centre. There are the Lakewood Common retail and professional services strip-mall anchored by Shoppers Drug Mart offering more than 20 brand name stores, a BMO Bank, and a Mobil Gas Station.

There is also the Meadows Market. Across from its eastside is a Costco Store. The Meadows features an exciting mix of retailers and services, including the city’s first Marshall’s, Pet Smart, Co-Op Wine Spirits and Beer, Scotiabank, another Tim Hortons, McDonald’s and more.

We’re actually surprisingly close to everything! We are also easily accessible by Uber (takes less than 5 minutes for an Uber to show up). Almost everything is within a short drive from our suite.

- 2 minutes to local dining, groceries, and retail (Tim Horton's, 7Eleven etc)
- 5 minutes to the Centre Mall on 8th Street with Cineplex Cinema
- 6 minutes to Walmart Supercentre at Stonegate Centre which is full of "box" stores and other services.
- 15 minutes to Downtown Saskatoon via Idyllwild and,
- 18 minutes to the Airport via Circle Drive West.

Recreational facilities are also close by. The Wildwood Golf Course, Lakewood Civic Centre, Lakewood Indoor Tennis Centre, Greenbryre Golf and Country Club, and much more.

It is a great neighborhood with many play parks and a newly built school nearby. You're gonna love it.

I currently live in Saskatoon. My love of traveling has taken me to so many countries all over the world.

Some of my interests include learning new languages, playing the piano, and camping in the outdoors. I also love watching movies and sports and try to keep very active.

I have seen my fair share of hotels and Airbnb houses on my travels. As a host, I can’t wait to show fellow travelers the same great hospitality that I have had across the globe.
