The Flat is located at 7/10mins walking to the centre of town and main monuments, very well located and it would be a pleasure to receive .
I am sure you will have a fantastic time in Valencia :) .
You have good communication with public transport and metro.
Attaching our house rules, however for no surprises you remember them:

CHECK IN: From 15h to 21h.
CHECK OUT: 12 O'Clock

LATE CHECK IN
For arrivals from/after 22h, there is a extra fee of 20€ (pay in cash in check in)

VERY IMPORTANT: CLEANING COST NON INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF ACCOMODATION:
From 1 night to 6 nights stay:
30€ to be paid in cash at the time of check in.

From 7 nights onwards:
45€ to be paid in cash at the time of check in.

ABOUT KEYS
The guest is entitled to a single set of keys.

*We leave you prepared the two rooms with clean sheets, bath and towels.
*Do not provide care products
(one each).

*We have 2 air conditioners/ It`s working heating.
*We have heating throughout the gas flat

* Outside the balcony there is a plastic bottle that should be reviewed from time to time, and not let it fill, and that helps the air conditioning filter the water, if filled and no air conditioning in the living room is empty you may drip.

*You have Wifi - the fiber optic at your disposal, the network name and access code are below the router / the same machine)

*In the kitchen you have kettle, pots, pans, cutlery etc. Basic cleaning products for kitchen.
Do not provide product for the washer. (That's all).

METRO VALENCIA
The Valencia metro has 5 lines that will take you all over the city.
The nearest station to our Flat is Túria, on line 1.
Take line 3 or 5 to go to the airport.

VALENCIA AIRPORT
Valencia airport is in Manises, 8 km from the city.
The metro will take you from the airport to the Flat: take line 3 or 5 to Angel Guimerà, change to line 1 and get off at Túria, the station nearest to our Flat.
There are also frequent buses from the Terminal to the city centre, and a taxi service.

I love to be located by the River Turia park, it is such beautiful part of the city.... I am sure you area going to love it!
5 Minutes walking to the city centre and 15 minutes to the beach!!!
