Entrance is via the main entry at the top of the stairs at the blue building. There is unlimited free parking on the street.

This private, boutique Guest House is a modern home with a stylish design just 1-minute walk from Carramar station. It is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, students or business workers. Here are some details on this beautiful granny flat:

YOUR BEDROOM:
- Has a queen bed, bedside tables, window, closet, and a study desk. Sleeps 2 people.
Shared spaces include the kitchen/dining area, bathrooms and the outdoor area at the back.
THE KITCHEN/DINING AREA:
We understand that guests may sometimes want to cook, so we have provided a simple kitchen that is always ready if you wish to prepare basic things. There is a fridge, microwave, small stove top, electric cooker, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery and a medium-sized dining table perfect for any eating needs. The washing machine for clothes is also located in the kitchen area.
THE BATHROOM:
There is 1 modern communal bathroom for you, our guests to use. The bathroom comes fully equipped with a shower, essential amenities, basin, drawers, mirror-cabinet, ventilation, and a toilet.
THE OUTDOOR HANGOUT AREA:
This is the part of the house where guests may go outdoors to have a cigarette, get some fresh air and/or eat/drink outdoors while enjoying the scenery. It has an outdoor table and bench seats which can accommodate up to 4 people at a time, a clothesline rotary for all your basic drying needs and a lake which you may take a walk to but please do not swim in it. The outdoor area is located at the back of the property and is a shared area with the Granny flat (separate guest(s)).
