Our quiet condo is located just a 1/2 mile from the Boise River. Easy access to the Boise Greenbelt for cycling, running, or walking, the Boise Foothills & Barber Park for floating the Boise River. We supply everything you need for a great stay, whether long or short, including a well-stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, 2 comfy beds, a desk workspace, TV w/ streaming, & more. Welcome to our condo in the heart of Southeast Boise! Our neighborhood is the perfect blend of city + outdoors, as we are only 0.5 miles from the Boise River and the Greenbelt and foothills beyond, but we are also just 1.5 miles from Boise State University, 2.5 miles from Downtown Boise. Whether you are here to hit the town or enjoy the scenery, our location offers a perfect blend of both!

Our home is a 2 bedroom. 1.5 bath home that sleeps 5. We offer one private, covered parking spot outside. As you enter you can veer right towards our living/dining area. The main living area is tastefully decorated and a cozy place to sit back and relax. The dining nook just beyond is equipped to comfortably seat 4. There is a half bath and linen closet located off of the downstairs living area.

Prepare a home-cooked meal in our kitchen, equipped with all basic appliances and cooking utensils you'll need. If you prefer to eat out, drive 5 mins to the trendy restaurants in Bown Crossing or at Harris Ranch, or drive 5 minutes the other direction towards Downtown. We've provided food, drink and activity suggestions for you in the house guide in the home!

Off of the kitchen there is a small yard area with patio furniture that we share with our neighbors. In the warmer months you are welcome to kick back and relax outside.

Upstairs we have 2 bedrooms: One with a King size bed and one with a Queen size futon. The larger bedroom with the King bed also has a large walk-in closet.

Our second bedroom with Queen sized futon also features a workspace, with a desk, monitor, keyboard and mouse. Our fast internet (300 mbps) will keep you connected during your stay. Our full bathroom is also located upstairs with a shower/tub combo. This bedroom also In the hallway utility closet, we have provided a full size washer and dryer.

Our Southeast Boise neighborhood is central to the airport, downtown Boise, and all the best outdoor adventuring Idaho can offer, including mountain biking, fishing, Lucky Peak Reservoir (great for boating), floating the Boise river, hiking trails, and more.

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.
Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout.

This neighborhood is one of the best if you're looking to have a great time in the Boise outdoors. To the East of the home lies all the outdoor fun Idaho can offer, including mountain biking and hiking trails, lots of great fishing spots, boating, swimming, camping, and more. Lucky Peak reservoir is only about 15 minutes away. Barber Park at the Boise River, with public floating on the Boise River available in the summer, is just about a 10 minute drive. This is a must-do activity while visiting the area!

Other outdoor activities abound, with the Boise Greenbelt for running, walking, or cycling within walking distance. There are numerous hiking trails nearby as well. Helen B. Lowder Park (10 minute drive) has free public basketball, pickleball, volleyball and tennis courts to get some enjoyable movement in during your stay. There are also several lovely golf courses in the surrounding area.

Bown Crossing, a shopping, dining, and entertainment hub of Boise, is also a short distance away. With fabulous dining and a public library, Bown Crossing is one of Boise's most desirable neighborhoods, due to the liveability and walkability of the area. The Idaho Shakespeare Festival, running outdoor shows in the summer and early fall, is a 15 minute bike ride or 10 minute drive away. Bring a picnic and enjoy Shakespeare, musicals, and other plays.

To the West of the home lies Downtown Boise, Boise State University, the Boise Bench neighborhood, and the Boise Airport- all within about 15 mins drive.

Looking to go farther out in the Treasure Valley? West Boise, including the Boise Town Square Mall, is about 15 mins away. Meridian lies about 20 minutes to the West, while Northwest Nazarene University is about a 30 minute drive away, with College of Idaho and Idaho Wine Country just beyond that.
