The Quarters is cottage style accommodation in a fantastic tranquil location. There are two garden areas, a bar be que and a covered patio area for outdoor entertaining. Foxground is close to the beach and all the local wineries.All areas of The Quarters are fitted with reverse cycle air conditioning
. This let is a working farm with many animals. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK FOR CHILDREN.
If you book for just 2 people and need separate beds please let me know or single bed will not be made up.

"'The Quarters"' is a build next to our stable complex. It has open plan living ,dining and kitchen area, a snug area with an additional single bed and air conditioned double bedroom with ensuite.
If the booking is for 2 the single bed will not be made up unless I have been notified it is needed.The main living dining area is also fitted with a reverse cycle air-conditioning unit. There are 2 garden areas with barbeque included.
A covered barbeque area is available in the garden.
There is an additional single bed that can be used as well as the double bed. The let is only for ADULTS ONLY and as this is a working farm no outside pets are allowed
We provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.
If booked for 2 only the double bed will be made unless we are notified the single is needed.
The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is surface cleaner, detergent, dishwashing tablets and dish cloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like Gladwrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics (and often more!) including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.
Bathrooms have (as a minimum) shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.
We live on the property and will be available to answer questions during stay.
We are situated with easy access to all areas of the coast and hinterland. Many short day trips are in easy reach of Foxground.
There are train stations at Berry and Gerringong with taxis. We have parking available right next to "The Quarters"
Check in and out times are negotiable depending on occupancy. Contact owners for early check in or late check out.
Trade people are welcome.

Guests have access to the whole property. This is a horse property so all fencing is electric. DONT TOUCH !!!!!!. Many of the fields have farm animals in them ( horses,cows,sheep,chickens and alpacas) so just check if it is OK to enter. We have lovely rainforest that is accessible by foot.

This let is not suitable for chidren .Trade people welcome. Washing up must be done and packed away prior to checking or a charge of $20 will apply. This service is not included as we do not charge a separate cleaning fee.

Simon and Olwyn are breeders of International competition horses. Both are active riders and Simon is also an active coach both in Australia and Internationally. We both enjoy travel and do it at every opportunity possible. In 2019 internationally we travelled to England Scotland, Wales , Italy, Greece, Croatia ,Turkey , Thailand, India ,China and United Arab Emirates. When home we spend a great deal of time travelling to Horse Shows in all states plus Simon is in high demand as a coach in all states and in Europe.
