Boudoir on Bryce St is a 350m walk to gorgeous Moffat Beach & Eleanor Shipley Park. A pleasant stroll down Bryce St gets you there, alternatively a walk along the creek & under Tooway bridge provides an alternative, with no need to cross a road.

Set in our back garden, adjacent to our swimming pool, you will find our cosy, quiet & comfortable Boudoir.
This space will be yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay.
We hope to welcome visitors to the area to share in what we like to call Home.

The Boudoir studio is quaint, cosy & comfortable with plenty of sea breezes as well as a ceiling fan.
The new en-suite won’t disappoint & has a heated towel rail for those chilly nights.
A comfortable queen bed, 2-seater couch, TV, kitchenette (sink, microwave, bar size fridge - cutlery, crockery, kettle, toaster) & bluetooth speaker. The pool & verandah area with Weber Q are there for you to make use of too.
The outdoor shower and tap to the left of the driveway, are well positioned to clean off sandy feet - of both humans and pets!
Once you arrive & park your car, you won’t feel the need to drive anywhere.
The peaceful neighbourhood will assure you of a restful stay.
The Moffat magic won’t disappoint, with everything you need, just a stroll away.
For the adventurous duo, a double kayak can be wheeled across the road down to the lake for a leisurely paddle up the creek to the mouth and onto the beach.

Moffat Beach is known for a point surf break as well as for its cafe’s and choice of restaurants, which are a mere stroll away.
If you are a surfer, you will certainly be happy to be able to walk to the point for a wave with the board under your arm, it’s that close!
A charming, friendly pocket of the Sunshine Coast.
A peaceful neighbourhood which is wooded and has the creek out the front. Idyllic spot for a late afternoon cheese & wine or to throw a line in the water.
A post office, bakery and FOODWORKS at the end of the street are extremely convenient.
The Pocket Espresso Bar, Ours Cafe, Sunny’s @ Moffat, Cafe by the Beach, Moffats Takeaway and the award winning Moffat Brewery are all only a 450m walk away! One Block Back (cafe) is literally around the corner in Nothling St - also worth a visit for sure.
Not to mention Dicky Beach within walking distance and all it has to offer. The Giggling Goat Emporium is a must for eggs benny!
Some of the best coffee and hand crafted beers, not to mention delicious food, right here in Moffs.
Access to many more beautiful beaches by foot for the avid walker/runner - Moffat is a perfect location for a night, weekend or extended holiday!

A quick intro to our family...
Married to Alain and Mum to Dean (21yrs) and Mark (19yrs). We have lived in Bryce St, Moffat Beach for 15yrs and ‘Moffs’ as it is affectionately known, is where our heart is.
The boys all surf so don’t be surprised if you bump into one, or all during your stay, with a longboard under their arm! I’m never too far away with my camera in hand!
Access down the side of our home and it’s all yours to enjoy.
Set in the back garden, adjacent to our swimming pool, you will find our quaint, cosy and comfortable Boudoir.
We would like to welcome you to what will be your own space for the duration of your stay.
We are pet friendly to ONE SMALL, non hair shedding DOG.
