Our newly renovated barn is situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Reynoldston, Gower. It is a self-contained stone building with an allocated parking space, lockable gate, private garden and patio area. The hot water and underfloor heating is powered by an eco-friendly air source heat pump.

Perfectly located for visiting local Gower beaches, guests attending weddings, walking, cycling, swimming and surfing.

There are some fabulous places to eat locally too.

Due to the coronavirus, please be assured that we are carefully following Government guidelines and strictly adhering to advance cleaning procedures with even more extra attention given to 'high-touch' surfaces such as; door handles, light switches, taps and work top etc.

The Stables, which is where we live was once part of the Lucas' family residence called Brynfield in the 19th century and the barn where you are staying was originally the cart shed.

The barn, built from local Bryn stone is light, uniquely decorated and cosy with a well-equipped kitchen diner. Kitchen facilities include; electric oven/grill, induction hob, integral fridge with a freezer compartment. The open-plan sitting room and double bedroom both overlook a private garden for you to enjoy.

Freshly laundered, crisp white bed linen and bath towels will be provided for guests. Please bring your own beach towels if these are required.

Breakfast includes; granola or porridge oats, bran flakes, a small loaf of bread, one 2l semi-skimmed milk and a dish of butter. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil is also provided. There are pots and pans for you to cook should you wish to.

We have an enclosed BBQ area in the garden should you wish to bring your own stove or use a disposable one.

Please be advised no smoking or dogs.

The barn has exposed beams throughout and is perfect for a romantic break or time away with a friend. We are located at the foot of Cefn Bryn which is perfect for walking and exploring.

With award-winning beaches surrounding us, your Gower stay at The Stables barn in Reynoldston will hopefully be a memorable one.

Reynoldston is situated on the western slopes of Cefn Bryn in the heart of Gower offering easy access to award-winning Gower beaches, breathtaking walks and boasts some fabulous places to eat too!

The King Arthur Hotel, a 3 minute walk from us, always provides a welcoming and friendly service often with live music on weekends.

Post Office
We have a local Post Office with a small shop that sells gifts and Gower Coffee perfect for some Gower souvenirs and goodies.

Mark and I live next door at The Stables, Reynoldston in Gower. We have recently renovated our barn, which was originally a cart shed dating back to the 1900's.

Mark was listed as a super host at his last airbnb property in Langland and this standard is something we aim to continue with our new venture here at, The Stables Barn.

We aim to be here when you arrive to meet and greet you from a safe distance. However, if we are unable to be here or, if you prefer to just let yourselves in quietly, then the barn can be found to the left of our property (past our front door) and through a blue gate. You can access the key via a lock box on the wall.

You will find a welcome pack on the table with extra information regarding the property and local information that will hopefully answer any further questions you may have.
