Welcome to FourSeason, a brand new home that is fully furnished. Need to work remotely? No problem, we provide a work-friendly environment, including fast wifi service. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have enhanced our cleaning routine. We also provide disinfecting spray in bathrooms and the kitchen. Sanitizer station is right there as you take off shoes and enter our lovely home.

4) We have a house cleaner to clean the home daily and disinfect the common area. Change bed sheets, duvet, and pillows cover before you check in, so you can enjoy a worry-free environment.
5) We will supply shower towels, toilet paper, toothbrush, body wash, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.
6) The kitchen is free for you to use and we will make an area in the fridge and cabinets if you would like to store your own food.
7) Fast-speed wifi. (But please don’t use this wifi to torrent downloading illegal materials, otherwise, you can get banned)
8) We do provide TV, Disney+ in the living room. However, please use your cellphone to download the Roku app and use private listening with your headphones during quiet hours as most of our guests are nurses, teachers, and students. Please respect others as you use the public area.
9) Mail service is available. Amazon packages are deliverable to this address.

You will get a passcode for the front door and your room before you check in. Quite and safe areas. Please don’t knock on the door because no one will answer. Instead, use your code to enter or text our host and co-host if you experience issues.

We only accept the guests with great reviews. Please introduce yourself first or tell us a bit about yourself if you don't have any reviews or Airbnb experience.
To prevent the spread of COVID-19, please wash your hands for at least 20 seconds or sanitize your hands when possible. We provide hand soaps in bathrooms and the kitchen. Sanitizer station is on your right-hand side by the shoe rack. We also provide disinfecting spray and Clorox wipe in the living room. 70% Isopropyl Alcohol and first aid kits are available too. In case of fire or theft, fire sprinklers, smoke alarms, and cameras are installed in this property.
A gentle reminder, the TV will be disconnected to the wifi after 11pm, and connect back at 7am, so everyone can have a good sleep.
Note: You are booking a private room on the 2nd floor with a shared bathroom. We have an optional upgrade to the private bathroom for you(if available), just a few dollars more per night if you want. Please ask me how to upgrade. Remember that we change the bed cover, bed sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases every day, you may see different colors in the bed when you comparing to our pictures in Airbnb. Our goal is to keep them clean, so you can enjoy a worry-free environment. ^_^.
