The 1St floor ViLLA HOSTS UP TO 6 GUESTS, it is 2.4 km and 2.5 km from Fisherman Village and Bo Phut Pier. It is fully airconditioned and has a good wifi connection Also there is a private 9x4 swimming pool outside for use only by the tenants.

Beautiful fully furnished villa (and with outdoor furniture and tables, sunbeds, etc) luxury villa with private 9m X 4m swimming pool. Isolated from neighbours and calming place. FOR CHILDREN there are plenty of new games for the sea and for the pool and other games. There are fields around the house and the property has beautiful, unobstracted sea views. It offers privacy and peace. Its a paradise.

Three bedrooms and there is an open plan kitchen, living room and dining room. Also there are toilet/ shower which are inside to the bedroom making it ensuite to the bedroom. The three bedrooms have clear sea views. There is also a big patio and the three bedrooms communicate with it.

At nights with moon is really great and unforgetable to see the light of the moon in the sea.

A supermarket and a cafe /bar/restaurant is walkable distance from the house. Bo Phut beach is 2.5 km from the house.

The house when is given is fully equipped i.e. plenty of linen, many many towels, all the necessary cleaning materials -for washing machine too.
