This is an extremely spacious room on the second floor of an original and quaint 3-storey walk up apartment block in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood in the Central East region of Singapore, 5 minutes walk to the Paya Lebar MRT, and 6 MRT stops from Changi Airport. This is a very interesting neighbourhood full of history, good eateries, cafes, and bars.

This listing is for a large private room in an original and charming 1970’s walk up apartment in a quiet and peaceful area between Geylang and Paya Lebar, fully furnished throughout with one-of-a-kind vintage 1960's furniture, many of which we have either refurbished ourselves, or upcycled. We’ve refurbished and retained most of the original features of this old apartment.

This room will be suitable for chill / easy going guests looking for a unique and fuss free stay. You will be sharing the common area with other guests should there be any. Otherwise you will have the entire apartment to yourselves.

The apartments are cleaned thoroughly before each stay, and we provide weekly cleans as well as bedsheet and towel change.

⊳ 6 MRT stops from Changi Airport (via East West Line)

⊳ 20 minutes to get to Orchard Road (will be faster with Grab taxi service)
