This is a great, lovely, new, well-furnished apartment in Copenhagen. We live three people together, all working/studying, so not home that much. We have a shared living-kitchen room, it's very big and open with connection to the balcony, which also brings in a lot of natural light. All the furniture is new, we have only been living here for a few months, therefor everything is nice and working as it should. The apartment is located in the new, very popular area of Copenhagen.

If you would like to rent my room, this is what you can expect of me as host.
I won't be there, I'm going traveling so I'm going away for a while and therefor, want to share "my Copenhagen" with whoever is interested. My room is the biggest in the apartment, and it is a very open room, I have a big window in my room and you can actually lie in bed, while looking out to see a bit of Copenhagen - this is especially nice at night.
I'm not going to remove all my clothes from my wardrobe, but I will make sure that you have enough space, for whatever you bring - also brings me to my other stuff, which is going to be in my room. I'm not so delicate about the furniture in my room, except for my bed, because it's a new, tempur madras and it is very good, especially if you have problems with your back, but I hope that you will take care of everything.
As I'm sharing the apartment with two other people, i'm going to make sure that you get as much privacy as possible, there is a key in the door, so you can lock it and because the apartment is new, all the walls are made with a special material, so you won't be disturbed by cars, my roommates etc.
I will also make sure to make you a list of stuff in the kitchen and how it works, it's a very easy kitchen when you learn how to use it and I love using the kitchen and making food. I will make sure that you have some space in the fridge, if you're gonna buy any food.
I will get you some clean towels as well - this always takes up a lot of space in the suitcase.
We also have a washing machine and you are more than welcome to use it.
If you are a smoker, then you don't have to run up and down all the stairs, you can always just use the balcony.
You will get an extra key for the apartment, so you can always get in and out.
If there should ever be anything, you can always contact me or ask my roommates.

What makes this place special? A lot of things. First of all the apartment itself is beautiful and big. The area is a new very popular part of Copenhagen - exactly south west, it's very close to the big shoppingcentre Fisketorvet - just 10 min walk, where you can find all sorts of shops both international and danish shops, it's also a great place to get something to eat.
The apartment is just 2 min walk away from the water, where there is also a lot of great places to have a nice walk or sit. Netto (which is a danish supermarket) is 5 min walk from the apartment and just next to Netto, you will find a Supermarco, a very delicate Italien supermarket and you can get all sorts of good Italien food.
Vesterbro is just a few minutes away from our apartment, Vesterbro is a very upcoming area and it is so popular. You can find all kinds of different shops and cafés, it will mostly be independent shops but I think this is what makes Vesterbro so special. You can also find the Meat District at Vesterbro, here you can get a lot of inspiring food, wine and drinks, just a different kind of quality food.
You can also take a longer walk from the apart and across Islands Brygge and this area is a total dime, because you get the best look at the city.
