A bright, spacious room with a king-size bed overlooking the Menai Strait. It's conveniently located within walking distance of Caernafon castle, local pubs and restaurants and is a short drive to the foothills of Snowdon, Zip World and the popular Bounce Below. This family owned Victorian house was recently renovated giving it an authentic and stylish look. The room comes with tea and coffee making facilities and a light breakfast will be provided to set you off on your day. There are 2 bedrooms for guests which share the use of a stylish bathroom, which has a walk in shower, wash basin, toilet with towels and shampoo and soap provided. There is usually plenty of parking on the street that does not require any permit, so no need to worry about any annoying parking penalties. It is a residential street so please consider the neighbours.

There is space for you to store any bicycles or sporting equipment that you might have brought and want to keep safe and out of the way.

Well behaved pets with responsible owners are welcome in this room but we ask that you don't let them on any of the beds or furniture and provide your own basket for them to sleep in.

Smoking is not permitted in the house.

We are a family of three, Sion, Angela and baby Osian who was born in January 2020. We occupy the ground floor of our 3 story house. Sion is a first language Welsh speaker but we both have a good level of Spanish too.

Apart from being so close to Snowdon, Caernarfon has many attractions including Caernarfon Castle, the Welsh Highland Railway, (you can hop on the train in Dinas , 5 minutes away). The Gallery, which has films and shows. There are a number of restaurant including Ty Coz, Villa Marina - Italian, The Castle - Pub Food, The Black Boy for its Ales.
There are also 3 supermarkets - Tesco, Morrisons and Asda.
