This waterfront cottage is a delightful coastal escape! This property is neat as a pin, with simple open plan living and uninterrupted ocean views. Laze on the deck watching for whales, dolphins or board riders out at sea.

** PLEASE NOTE - There is currently building work taking place next door to this property. The work is carried out between Mon-Fri 7am - 4pm. The builders will not be working on the weekends. The project is due to be fully completed in April 2021. From November 2020 the remaining works will be internal and should have little to no impact on your stay.

** Where will I be? **

90 Ocean's Edge is perched on a cliff at Gerroa giving you uninterrupted views across Seven Mile Beach below. Although you can't access the beach directly from the property, you can walk along the headland for ten minutes to stairs that lead down to the beach. Gerringong is a seven minute minute drive away with a great selection of cafes, shops and some restaurants.

** Why choose 90 Ocean's Edge? **

90 Ocean's Edge is located on the headland above Seven Mile Beach at Gerroa, within walking distance to the south end of Seven Mile Beach and the Crooked River lagoon. (You can hire kayaks from Seven Mile Beach Holiday Park).This property has some of the best views of Seven Mile Beach from the back deck.

** How is the property laid out? **

90 Ocean's Edge is a single level property but is built up on posts to take advantage of the view. There is a ramp up to the front door.

There are two bedrooms, one queen bedroom which can open up to the open plan dining/living room via the timber shutters. The second bedroom has two king single beds and one trundle bed. There is a bathroom/laundry with shower and washing machine.

The living, dining and kitchen are all open plan with amazing views of the beach.

** WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it? **

This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan

** What about outdoors? **

The grounds at the back of the property are unfenced and open to a reserve. You can walk along the headland at the back of the property and down to the beach. There is also a deck of the living area with chairs, table and gas BBQ.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

90 Ocean's Edge has reverse cycle air-conditioning for year round comfort. Large sliding doors in the living area can be open up to provide ocean breezes in summer.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Sheets, pillows, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

There is off street, open air parking for up to three cars on the driveway to the left of the house. Please be aware the driveway is a little steep.

** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **

** What are the minimum stay rules? **

There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.

** Are there any special Peak Season rules? **

Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

** Who will I be dealing with during my stay? **

This property is professionally managed by a dedicated holiday rental agency with offices in Gerringong, Hyams Beach and Bowral. We have over 270 properties in Kiama, Gerringong, Gerroa, Berry, Huskisson, Vincentia, Hyams Beach and the Southern Highlands. We offer guests 24/7customer service - emergency calls only after hours, please.
