This is a newly restored farmhouse on our 45-acre regenerative farm. We're minutes from hiking, biking and kayaking in Big South Fork. In fact, one half of the couple who owns this farm works as a ranger at Big South Fork. We love the pastoral views this home has from its kitchen windows--and the original hardwood floors.

We use a propane stove to heat the home in winter. If you are very sensitive to the smell of propane, this might not be a perfect fit for you. Our flock of guinea hens may also come visit. They're noisy, but the home's brand new windows help!
