Large one bed terraced flat with stunning (and renovated) garden available over Christmas and New Years for four weeks while I am overseas.

Some detail on the property:

It is a large one bedroom, ground floor property with a separate living room (front of property), kitchen, bedroom with king-sized double bed, bathroom and a newly renovated garden which is extremely large for inner London standards.

There is a fold out sofa in the living room, so the property can comfortable accommodate up to four people. All amenities come with the property including kitchen utensils, cutlery etc that you'll need, washing machine, separate dryer, high speed wifi and cable television through Virgin Media, a 70 inch LCD TV in the living room, 46 inch LCD TV in the bedroom.

The is also a cellar and plenty of storage and cupboard space for your belongings should you need it. If London happens to get a heat wave over Christmas, there is also a modern four-burner bbq in the garden!

The location itself is very safe on a lovely terraced lined street which is a 5 min walk to nearby Brockwell Park. A brisk 10 min walk will get you to central Brixton and the Victoria line or equally across Brockwell Park to Herne Hill station and its Sunday farmers market. Brixton Hill, Effra Road and nearby central Briton offer plenty in way of restaurants, bar, pubs and shops.
