More to it:
~ The villa comes with free wi-fi and DTH television.
~ It is cleaned daily.
~ Airport pick up/drop can be arranged (chargeable).

Sehemu
Surrounded by lush green trees and painted in a mellow yellow tone, the villa has 3 floors, with a bedroom each on every floor. While all bedrooms have air conditioning, two bedrooms have attached bathrooms.

The main entrance door on the ground floor - painted in welcoming green - opens to a spacious living and dining area with a kitchenette that is well stocked.

This living space has a flat screen television with DTH, while the cooking area next to it includes a refrigerator, microwave and a functioning stove in the kitchenette with all utensils that may be needed stacked in clean, easy to use drawers and racks.

BEDROOM ONE:
Next to this living space on the ground floor is a bedroom with large french windows that has an attached bathroom. Refurbished recently, all furniture in this bedroom and the villa is new and has been chosen to enhance the natural aesthetics of the place while adding a bit of modern charm and functionality.

BEDROOM TWO:
On the first floor is another bedroom with wooden flooring and large french windows of its own, and an attached bathroom. This bedroom comes with an exclusive open terrace as well that offers views of the estate and the beautiful palm leaves that often sway into the terrace.

BEDROOM THREE:
The second floor houses the largest bedroom in the villa and has a slant roof to pair with the wooden flooring as well. This attic space does not have an attached bathroom, but is spacious enough to house a double bed and two to three additional mattresses.

The villa can house 1 to 8 persons. However, we'll need prior information so that extra mattresses can be arranged. Extra mattresses will be charged separately.

POOL RULES:
Timings: 8 am to 7 pm
Proper swimwear is mandatory.
Drinking in and around the pool is prohibited.

~ The estate pathways: The estate has beautiful green trees mapped across its lawns that run through the central parts of the estate. These make for lovely morning and evening walks if you don't feel like hitting the beach or the cafes around.

~ Parking: There is space for parking vehicles inside the estate. However, there may sometimes be a rush, and parking will be on first come first serve basis. In such cases, the quiet road outside the estate also offers parking on the side.

South Goa, Goa, India

A rather peaceful coastal village with a modern spirit, Fatrade has all the luxuries one can ask for, while still offering tranquility and ease. And further still, it has something for everyone: a great place for a party with friends, a peaceful family getaway or even a solitary journey.

Around the villa:
~ Fatrade Beach (along the Varca and Colva beach stretch): One of the cleanest and least crowded beaches in Goa, this serene stretch of white sand is said to be one of the longest white sand beaches in the world. While Colva and Benaulim beaches (about 3-4 km away) have lots of shacks, cafes and activities like water scooters, boats etc, Fatrade beach is more quite and less frequented.

~ St Rocque Chapel: A pristine chapel right opposite the estate.

~ Mobor Beach: Go down further south and you hit the Cavelossim and Mobor beaches that famous for black lava rocks, dolphin sightings and white sands. Mobor is where the Sal river meets the sea as well.

The coast all along is lined with pristine beaches - Majorda, Arossim and Sunset beaches to name a few - each with something special to offer in terms of activities, solitude and delicious food.

~ Palácio do Deão: Less than an hour's drive from the villa is this 2 centuries old mansion was built by a Portuguese noble man who was the dean of the church and the founder of Quepem town. The house faces is on the banks of the Kushavati River and incorporates a blend of Hindu and Portuguese architecture. Recently restored, the mansion is a must visit not just for the architecture and gardens, but also a tour of the house the restorers provide along with delicious Portuguese food that pretty much take you back in time. No wonder this place was among Conde Nast Traveller's 'Top 50 Place to Eat in India'.

There's lots more around this part of Goa within a 60-km or 2 hour radius, including the Chandor, Cabo de Rama Fort, Dudhsagar Falls, Netravali Wildflife Sanctuary and the Tambadi Surla Mahadev Temple.
