When you enter the home there is a large entry area with a comfy living room space. Walk through the beautiful & spacious kitchen to the den area with sofa sleeper & accent chairs gathered around a brand new HUGE 4K streaming media TV, with all the on demand TV apps & WIFI included! Enjoy meals at the modern marble high top dining area. The kitchen features fresh white cabinets, marble counters and all the amenities- stainless fridge with ice maker and filtered water, huge bar area, dimensional subway tile backsplash, coffee maker (with supplies), toaster, blender, and microwave. Plenty of cabinets- stocked with plates, drinking cups, pots/pans, wine glasses and utensils. There are bar-stools at the breakfast bar in the kitchen so guests can sit and eat or chat with the chef.

Backyard amenities- through the sliding door entry, there you will find a huge patio as well as the BBQ grill, pebble tech pool and plenty of area to catch some amazing Arizona sunshine! The Backyard landscape features modern cactus, colorful desert flowers and trees.

This home has 3 bedrooms, each with new beds and bedding and dark curtains so you can sleep in on your vacation!
