Entire house surrounded by nature, located at the gates of the national park “Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi”.
In the past the house was used as a stable for animals and has been recently renovated, creating an environment that maintains its rustic origins but now equipped with all the necessary comforts.
The house has two floors, on the ground floor there is the living room and the kitchen while on the upper floor there are two bedrooms and the bathroom.

Less than 2 km from home there is the access path to the river, which during the summer is the perfect place for those who are looking for refreshment and relaxation. Right here near the house is the famous natural pool Vignale, one of the most beautiful in the valley.
Santa Sofia is the biggest town nearby and it is just a 10 minutes drive. Around Santa Sofia you can find many restaurants serving typical cuisine.
