Spacious and Stylish 2BR/2BA apartment in a newly renovated secured building. This unit has 2 Queen bed, 2 private bathrooms, full kitchen, Wi-Fi, and A/C. Located on Spring Garden St, next to the Union Transfer and PhilaMOCA. FREE PARKING space can be accommodated upon request. Conveniently located a few blocks from Center City and Convention Center, only a few blocks from the train station and subway station. Close to everything such as shopping, restaurants, sightseeing, and entertainment.

LOCATION: Located on Spring Garden St & 11th St, next to the Union Transfer and PhilaMOCA. 5 mins driving distance or 10-15 minutes walking distance to Convention Center. 2 blocks from the subway station. You will get to many places in a short distance - The Met, PhilaMOCA, Union Transfer, Underground Arts, Independence Hall, Reading Terminal Market, City Hall, Penn's Landing, Old City, etc.

PARKING: One (1) FREE Parking spot can be accommodated upon request, each additional parking spot will be a $10 charge per night. In addition, it's easy to find street parking in the mornings and afternoons. Free street parking is available nearby the apartment but not guaranteed as it is limited to the occupation in the street itself. Be sure to read all posted signs.

TRANSPORTATION: We are conveniently located only a few blocks from the subway station (Spring Garden - BSL) and bus station (43, 23, 4, 16 & BSO), which takes you up and down the entire Center City. Uber and Lyft are highly recommend to use around Center City because parking is a headache.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT: Check-in is anytime after 3 pm and check-out is anytime before 11 am. Sometimes an early check-in or late check-out can be accommodated if there isn't another reservation immediately before or after your stay. Please mention your request when making your reservation and we will confirm 24 hours before your arrival if it is possible.

BEDROOMS: This apartment accommodates 4 guests in 2 beds. A 55'' Smart TV is located in this living room. See bed count below.

BATHROOMS: Bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and Q-tips), plush towels, and hairdryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full line of new appliances, microwave, stove, oven, fridge, coffee and coffee maker are included.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Private Washer and dryer, iron and iron board, blankets (in winter only), free wifi, free Netflix.

The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned by the professional staff after each guest visit. All cleaning fee you paid is going to the cleaning team (not host).

No illegal drugs or illegal activity. This home has a strict "No Party Allowed" Policy. Once the party is reported, a minimum $250 party fee will be charged. This is a non-smoking building. Please, No smoking in the Condo or lighting candles, a minimum $250 cleaning fee will be charged if any evidence (cigarette ash, snipe, odor, etc.) of smoking is found. No Pet during the entire stay, a minimum $250 cleaning fee will be charged if any evidence is found. Maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time. No unregistered guests allowed in the property, unless confirmation made with host. Please do not place anything other than toilet tissue into the toilet.
