Come stay on 240 acres historically operated as a cattle ranch, tucked into the foothills of the Tobacco Root Mountains. Short drive from the Madison River and Ennis Lake. Wake up to moose or deer outside your window, sit by one of the peaceful private streams. Find paradise in our modern farmhouse w/all the amenities. FIBER OPTIC WIFI MAKES THIS PLACE A WORK FROM HOME HEAVEN!

UPSTAIRS: you'll find: two bedrooms each with a King bed and soft new linens, a modern bathroom with his&her sinks and a walk-in shower, a well-equipped chef's kitchen, the dining and living room, and a great deck to watch the sunrise or sunset. Beautiful custom wood-working details throughout the house, with hand-made fixtures made of historic barn wood.

DOWNSTAIRS: you'll find the third bedroom with a full size bed and one set of bunk beds (perfect for the kids!), a full-bathroom with a walk-in shower, an entertainment room with ample space to lounge or let the kids play. Full size laundry room, and an entry room that serves as a mud room to store your boots and gear.

TV: there is one small TV and a Roku device if you have your own login for streaming apps, but this isn't really the house for watching a lot of TV -- you'll want to look out any of the picture windows for live-nature shows instead :) Fiber optic WIFI is available throughout the house though.

HORSE FACILITIES: there is pasture for your horse that you would be welcome to use for an additional fee. We do not include horse services, you are responsible for your own horse. Please contact owner for more information. (We do not offer rides on our horses, but you are welcome to pet her and give her an apple treat)

FISHING: there are two streams that run through the property and you're welcome to relax stream-side and see if you can snag a trout. We can also provide recommendations and referrals for guided-fishing trips from local fisherman outfits in the area with years of expertise. We are less than 30 minutes from world-class fishing on the Madison River and Ennis Lake. (We do not provide fishing gear)

THE RANCH: whether you're into hiking, fishing, wildlife watching, or helping out on the farm, there is something for just about everyone right here on the property! There may or may not be various agricultural activity in certain areas, and participation is welcome, but please speak with your host before interacting with any of the animals :)

Set on 240 acres of pristine ranch land, our ranch has been in the family for 3 generations. As you walk around you will see history everywhere. You should have proper footwear and clothing, as this is an agricultural and rural setting.

There are two other houses on the property; we live in one and our caretakers live in the other. They'll be available if you need them and available by phone. But for the most part, we will leave you to enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful ranch.
