One story 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. All amenities including a boat lot on the channel to Wawasee Lake and Syracuse Lake with boat rentals nearby as well as parks, playgrounds, and beaches.

I use one bedroom and bathroom at the other end of the house and have 1 cat. Full use of kitchen, laundry room, living room, full size bed and full bathroom at the other end of the house. Wifi, cable, central air, deck, porch swing, bonfire pit in a private peaceful neighborhood except for fireworks. It's a cozy little town with country living and antique stores and restaurants. There's a free gym in town and 30 lakes in the county.

This is my primary residence so I will be in and out. I do some work from home and some out of the house. I can stay with friends some nights for added privacy for your stay. I can be reached by phone, text, email, or messenger anytime I am not with clients.

I live in a circular/dead end part of Enchanted Hills where there is water all the way around. There is no longer a pool, but you can walk under the bridge to swim in the lake. There is a small playground, boat rental, and Dollar General within walking distance. I park in a one car garage. You can park in the driveway or along the road or in the back by the shed and boat.
