Our light and airy one bedroom apartment can accommodate 2 adults and a child 5 to 12 (age restriction due to spiral staircase) on a pull out bed. It’s situated in a peaceful area of St Brelade next to the Railway Walk at the top of Petit Port hill. Upstairs is a large open plan room which has been finished to a very high standard with quality furniture and fittings. The bedroom, bathroom, and hall are downstairs. Although attached to the main house it is completely private and spotlessly clean.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2019. It will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for your comfort and safety. Upstairs is one large room which is open plan and has underfloor heating. It incorporates a fully fitted kitchen (Neff oven, fridge, hob and dishwasher and Panasonic microwave) and all the equipment you need for a comfortable stay. There is a small dining table with 4 chairs, comfy sofa, new 55 inch Samsung Smart TV with Netflicks, WIFI and a wood burning stove (bags of logs to be purchased). A door leads to a spiral staircase down to the small hall, double bedroom with king size bed, lots of wardrobe space and a hairdryer. The new bathroom has a walk in shower with Grohe fitments, Duravit units and sanitary ware, underfloor heating and heated towel rail. There is a portable single pull out guest bed suitable for one child (aged 5 to 12) at an extra cost of £10 per day. This can be put in the bedroom or in the upstairs room as required. Because of the spiral staircase I am sorry to say that it is not suitable for young children possibly under 5 years or guests with disabilities. Please message me to ask a question if required. There is an outside seating area and parking for one car. An iron and ironing board is in the cupboard upstairs. I have also provided two chairs for the beach, beach towels and an umbrella. You are very welcome to make use of our garden with the chairs provided outside the apartment. This is a NON SMOKING apartment and animals are not permitted.

We live in a quiet area at the top of Petit Port hill next to the Railway Walk (disused Railway track used for walking and cycling). From here you can walk or cycle to Corbiere, St Aubin, Beauport, St Brelade and St Helier mainly off the road. You can walk to St Ouen the surfers beach on the coastal path over the top of Petit Port or drive a short distance from the apartment. There are 4 restaurants along St Ouen’s beach (El Tico, La Braye, Watersplash, Sands) and many more in St Aubin. We are so lucky to have some of the island’s best beaches and scenic coastal walks nearly on our doorstep. On the north side of the island is beautiful Plemont beach with its cave and many small fishing harbours. On the east is Gorey village, beach and castle and closer to St Helier is Green Island. Waitrose is a 3 minute drive away and we have a small corner shop called Morrison’s Daily within walking distance. The airport is 3 miles away. Occasionally we have red squirrels in our beautiful garden.

I or my daughter will meet you on arrival to the apartment at any time. We value your privacy but will be on hand for any questions or advice and can interact as little or as much as you like. There is an information stand near the TV with maps and leaflets on island walks, restaurants, beaches nearby etc. Between guests, the apartment will be thoroughly cleaned taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces and clean pillow protectors.
