Vaima Studio - recently built modern Studio 8 steps from the deck on to Vaimaanga Beach, a very quiet unspoilt area.

Paddle Boards, Kayaks, Snorkel Gear - this 2km strip of beach on the quieter 'south side' is becoming famous due to the Turtle Tours further along the beach.

We have created a relaxed environment where you can sit on your deck and leave the world behind!!

The Studio itself is self contained, private, modern and airy and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable including a real comfy King Bed!

What makes the Studio stand out is where it is situated. The sunsets are incredible and can be seen off your deck, the beach is right there with no roads to cross and is quiet with golden coral free sand and great for walks when the day is ending.

Our guests that stay in the Studio love the closeness to the lagoon and the huge bonus of having one of the best restaurants on the island a few steps away to enjoy happy hour cocktails, dinner or pizza on the beach with the sand between your toes.

The owners have created a genuine vibrant island atmosphere and you will feel part of this friendly and busy community. there is a great convenience store just two minutes walk from the Studio as well as a takeaways and a dvd shop for those nights when you just want to relax with a movie after a day in the sun!

Vaimaanga is a growing community as visitors look to escape the crowds that flock to the resorts and beaches and the Studio represents great value for money compared to a old outdated hotel room.

On the Southern Side of Rarotonga, Vaimaanga is generally more sheltered from the wind and enjoys spectacular sunsets which you can see for yourself from the Studio.

There are so many accommodation choices on Rarotonga now, with the many b&b's, batches and houses for rent. What makes the Studio stand out above the rest is :
1. the Studio is set 10 steps from the golden sand at Vaimaanga, one of the quietest un populated areas of the island that remains resort free. There are no roads or long walks to the beach , its 10 steps!
2. The price per night is great value for money, you can pay the same and be up the hill on the back road. The Studio is on a beach front section!!
3. For that great rate per night you get a modern recently constructed property. There are kayaks & paddle boards to use and there's always plenty of snorkelling gear to grab and use
4. Us ! We often hear from guests who have stayed elsewhere in the past about and hear stories about bad hosts, the photos do not match the property or places managed by property managers dealing with dozens and dozens of properties who they never see or hear from.. Well we keep things small so that we have the time for you so that we can personalize your stay and be around for a chat and some advice, we are always contactable during your stay and usually always stop by to say Kia Orana and have a chat, these are the differences that set us apart and make your holiday extra special !
