Traditional stone-built 200m2 house located in a peaceful village, renovated to include all modern amenities, near the picturesque Pylos and Methoni and just a few minutes drive from stunning beaches and sights. Ideal for families or couples who would like to enjoy a relaxing vacation in a truly local house, while using it as a base to explore all that the area has to offer. The house is surrounded by a 2.000m2 property with trees, a big garden and a vineyard that only the guests have access to.

A listed 1880 stone built traditional 2 storey house, in a beautiful and quiet village, carefully restored with respect to the regional style and materials. The interiors are renovated to include all the comforts of a home while maintaining the traditional style of the Peloponnese, and most ot the furniture is designed by the owners. It is surrounded by a spacious multi-lever stone paved garden where you can enjoy your meals under the shadow of the trees and relax with a glass o local wine. The property includes a small vineyard (used for making the house wine!) and many fruit trees, lemon and olive trees.

It is perfect for relaxing and unwinding, and also ideal for exploring the northern Peloponnese since its situated near importand sights, beaches and monuments. Its only a 10 mins drive from Pylos and 15mins from Methoni and their impressive castles, 20 mins from Finikounda, 30 mins from the famous Voidokilia beach, the Gialova waterfalls or the Golden beach and 30 mins from the Polilimnio waterfalls.

The house is quiet and comfortable, with two living rooms with fireplaces, tree bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is an eat-in kitchen fully equipped with appliances, pots and utencils for preparing breakfast and meals and there is also a big dinning table in the living room that can seat up to 8 people. The whole house is really cool in the summer thanks to its thick stone walls, and the only sounds around are usually the birds and an occasional rooster crowing. Although the rooms are very bright during the day, the windows are equipped with traditional wooden shutters that completely block the light so you can enjoy your sleep.
