Weinkellerhaus, nutzbar für 2 Personen (+ 1-2 Kleinkinder), 2014 komplett renoviert, EG mit gemütlicher Wohnstube, voll ausgestatteter Küchenraum mit EBK (komplett eingerichtet, dazu Waschmaschine, Trockenständer, Bügeleisen, etc.) und ein ordentliches Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC + Waschplatz, im OG noch ein großer Schlafraum (Doppelbett + Schlafcouch, SAT-TV auch mit deutschen Sendern, Klimaanlage, 3 Fenster), Parkplatz direkt vor dem Objekt, zusätzlich steht Ihnen auch noch eine große Gartenlaube im Außenbereich zur freien Verfügung.

Dazu haben Sie ideale Anbindung an die Landstraße 57 (Pécs/Mohács), die Autobahn M6/60 (Pécs/Budapest) oder in Richtung Villány (das bekannte Weindorf), Síklós (erkunden Sie die Burg & das Thermalbad) und Harkány (Thermal- und Heilbad). Wine cellar house, useable for 2 adults (plus 1-2 kids), completly renovated in 2014, ground floor offers a comfortable living room (fully furnished), fully equipped kitchen (plus washing machine, drying rack, iron, etc.), furthermore a decent bathroom with shower, toilet and laundry, a large bedroom on the first floor (dbl. bed + sofa bed, SAT-TV also with international channels, AC, 3 windows), parking lot directly in front of the house, in addition there’s a large garden with an arbor in the outdoor area at your free disposal.

Your Location

Our accommodation is located in middle of real authentic wine cellar area of the Danube svab town of Bóly, you can reach the center quickly by car (2min), with bicycle (8min) or by foot (15min), the lively small town (~ 5,000 inhabitants) offers you almost all services for your stay (supermarket + retail, pharmacy, banks, coffee shops & restaurants, and during summertime even 3 differnet icecream shops!)

The accommodation is ideally located for access to road 57 (Pécs / Mohács), highway M6/60 (Pécs / Budapest) or direction Villány (the famous wine village), Síklós (explore the castle and thermal bath) or Harkány (thermal bath and spa). Benefit from this very good starting point for all your excursions in the region of ,Donauschwäbische Baranya' or the bordering three-country corner of Hungary, Croatia and Serbia.
