Close to cinema, shopping and restaurants. On bus routes with direct service to Dublin city and Dublin airport. Accommodation is of a high standard, ideal for visiting faculty and business persons.

Close to restaurants, coffee shops, cinema and University of Limerick Concert Hall. My home is in a cul-de-sac of four houses so there is virtually no traffic. It is very quiet.
