Our home is in the historical center in a small village in the heart of the city!We have a private car parking with sizes 2x4.90 (included in the price). You don't need pass Ztl to arrive by car.

"House Nubia" is in the San Frediano district... "the coolest neighborhood of the world" (by Lonely Planet).
Ponte vecchio is located just 10 minutes on foot from our home. Luggage storage and car parking are also permitted before check-in time.

Terraced house free on three sides and newly built, situated in the historic district of S.Frediano in the heart of Florence.
The house is on three levels and is a part, along with a few other units, of a condo in which you can access through an automatic gate. The particularity of the context makes the house quiet and independent.
On the ground floor there is a cozy living room with TV, large dining area, fitted kitchen and bathroom with laundry. In front of the television you have a comfortable sofa bed which becomes a normal bed for two people.
The house can accomodate up to 6 people:
-sofa bed for 2 on ground floor;
-double bedroom on first floor with a double bed and an extra single bed on split-level in the same room;
-attic where you have access through spiral stairs with double bed. Being an attic room the ceiling is lower than the other bedroom downstairs.
We have 1 private parking lot just by the home. We usuallly host every kind of car ( width: max 2.00 m/length max 4.90 m ). Just the Van doesn't fit in the parking space. The parking space is inside the condo and you have a special key to open the gate and park your car. This service is included in the price, so you have free parking by us.
On the first floor a small hallway introduce you to a spacious double bedroom with bath / shower and air conditioner. Here you can also have an extra bed located by a split-level (as you can see in the picuters on Airbnb). If you have kids we can give you a special protection barrier to sleep in this extra bed.
On the top floor the attic with a bed for two people with private bathroom / shower and air conditioner. You can reach the attic through spiral stairs.
In the house you will have wi-fi, stereo, TV, washing machine, dryer, air conditioner in rooms, iron, and everything else needed for a pleasant stay.
The house is located in the historic center of the city, in one of the most characteristic and traditional district, where you can still find the old Florentine artisan workshops.
The area also offers all the services you may need: pharmacies, clubs, restaurants, pubs, pizzerias, supermarkets, post office and several banks.
In 10/15 minutes walk you can reach the main places of artistic interest of the city ', as Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, Piazza Signoria, Piazza del Duomo, Piazza Pitti and the Boboli Gardens. At the same distance are also the main train station (Santa Maria Novella), the wonderful Cascine Park and the Municipal Theatre, and you can also get to the airport in just 20 minutes.

There is a WiFi repeater in the house to ensure the best possible signal coverage throughout the house, even in the attic.

Hapa unaweza kupata kila mahali migahawa, mabaa, pizzerie, maduka na kadhalika..Kutoka wilaya hii unaweza kufika katikati ya jiji la zamani kwa dakika 10 tu 15 kwa miguu. Katika dakika 10 za kutembea unaweza pia kufika kwenye kituo kikuu cha treni na bustani kubwa ya jiji ambapo pia kuna bwawa la kuogelea. Kutoka nyumbani kwetu pia una kituo cha basi cha 12 kwenda kwenye Piazzale Michelangelo maarufu ikiwa hutaki kupata gari.
