One bedroom guest house with renovated kitchen, floors, tile shower and very fast Wifi. There is a queen size bed and a futon couch that lays flat into a bed. Off street parking. The house is centrally located as it is just 3 minutes from Cole Park/Ocean drive, 5 minutes to downtown, and 10 minutes to North Beach the Lexington & the Texas State Aquarium.

You get full use of (and the privacy) of the whole house. There is a stove, Keurig, and kitchen utensils. Bedroom has a computer desk and chair.
You may cook but you must wash the dishes.
