Featuring two newly remodeled verandas with amenities. They are situated on each side of property suitable and suitable for year-round enjoyment.
Veranda - spacious deck with authentic-pine high ceilings, un-impeding stainless-steel pillars, weather-proof wood flooring and exterior glass railings amidst a backdrop of breathtaking views, breeze and heaven. For guests booking property for events, the deck can easy accommodate 75+ guests. Features outdoor grill area. To enrich immersion in the region’s cultural-customs for those who seek it and to provide a means to recreate authentic-cuisine experiences time and time again, the vintage-inspired masonry bar and grill includes granite counter tops, cabinets, open-shelving and a clay sink all encircling a large charcoal grill and simple-switch oven with secure door and latch for easy access.

Veranda 2/Den: While the first Veranda is an entertainment haven perfect for summer sessions with friends and guests, nestled near the bedrooms in a more private space is a modern glass-enclosed veranda. Direct access door to hallway and door leading to outdoor patio section. Perfect to cozy up during rainy or cold winter days. This indoor convertible area is a unique treat for guests looking to work or conduct business, especially for extended country visits. Here is why: It’s artfully-adaptable layout makes it easy to customize use and design. The complete wall-to-ceiling glass enclosed structure emphasis a bright, unrestrictive, and casual charm. With discrete entry, unique composition, and seemingly cozy privacy, the space has made for perfect office space, exercise and meditation room, movie theater, a secure play arena for children, or simply your own sanctuary to create and recreate. We pre-arrange with qualifying bookings (varies) to provide general accommodations to personalize space prior to arrival. We provide specialized setup service. Guests may provide details of desired space, and we will provide cost of furniture or accessories prior to arrival with minimal service fees. We waive service fees if guest donates furniture to one of our local non-profit affiliates. Set up as is, seating comfortably accommodates 8-15 people in enclosed space while room and patio gatherings can fit 25+ people with ease.

**GAS and ELECTRICITY: Allocated daily consumption allowance for gas and electricity for guest(s) is $10/day. This is included in the confirmed payment and any unused dollars will "roll-over" (i.e if one day a guest only uses $5 of gas and electricity $10/day allowance, the remaining $5 will "roll-over" to the next day and so on).
Usage exceeding $10/day will incur additional charges which guest(s) are responsible for. We will inform the guest of additional usage charges and deduct specified amount from the guest's security deposit within 14 days of reservation completion.
Guests staying 1 week or longer may request the status of gas and electricity balance which will be provided after 1 business day.
This is a generous allowance, on the high-end of gas and electricity use averages. Guests do not have to monitor their every move. We recommend, turing off units that operate on gas and electricity (lights, air condition, heater etc.) when not in use or when not home.
Another tip for large parties of 8+ guests is to dry wet clothes on the laundry rack provided outside. During warm weather, this is a simple alternative to the dryer in order to reduce consumption. One or even to loads of laundry will not put you over $10/day, but for example, if 8 guests each use the washer and dryer for one load of laundry in a day this will begin to add up.
